About Megan
Megan Frewin is an artist born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Her work has been featured in exhibits such as the Rodman Hall Art Centre for pieces she created in her highschool days. She also received awards during that time like the Niagara Falls Art Gallery Inspire Award. Megan’s original mediums of choice mainly consisted of paint and pencil, but she has stemmed out in recent years to find her personal style in clay and wood. Completely self-taught, Megan has gained experience sculpting and wood-burning through each work she completes. Her favoured genre or theme revolves around wildlife and the natural world. It is reflective of her love for the countryside and the outdoors, working with horses throughout her life, and being raised with many animals and pets. Although art has always been her lifelong hobby, her goal now is to take her talent and turn it into a serious commitment by creating and sharing her work with others.
